Maling Road- a pleasure to visit, the place to shop

The Maling Road Business Association (MRBA) created in 1998, is accountable for the management of the marketing and business development fund raised from the annual business levy charged to retailers and businesses in Maling Road as well as funds generated from council and other resources.

The Statement of Purposes for the Association is as follows:

To act as the central coordinating body to revitalize the Maling Road Shopping Centre
To direct and manage funds collected for marketing and business improvement of the centre
To organize marketing, promotion and business development programs to enhance the shopping centre
To communicate regularly with traders and other business operators of the centre
To assist in improving the mix of businesses in the centre
To assist and advise businesses in the centre on techniques to improve their performance
To liaise with Council on matters of mutual concern to improve the centre
